Egg Hunt (# 2)

The thing I love most about the holidays are the traditions. It's so exciting to be able to create traditions now for my own kids. Some are traditional (I made cornbeef and cabbage on St. Patty's Day); some are new (our special Christmas morning breakfast with french toast which soaked overnight...delicious); and some are just fun (egg hunts!). This year Drew will participate in FOUR egg hunts. It's a bit excessive, but hey - it's fun for the whole family! Last Sunday Drew went to Luke's house for an egg hunt; today we met Wendy, Dan, and Trent for an outdoor hunt. Tomorrow he'll find what the bunny has left him at home...and then he'll have another hunt at grandma Kardos' house with his cousins. Whew. I'm tired just thinking about it! Aside from this morning's melt-down...Drew did not want to wait to gather his eggs...we enjoyed seeing friends and celebrating Easter.

Adorable.

Side thought: wow, those are serious jackets. It's been 85 degrees here for most of the last week. Funny to think we live in the same country.
